This book gave some great news. It opened my familys eyes to lots of hidden tricks on Menues. Needles to say we have changed our ideas and ways of ordering out. Keep them coming. Great info to have at all times.

This book is a great reference whenever eating out and choosing a healthier dish to choose. Some of the restaurants are not represented in our area, but there were enough to choose from. I'm particularly interested in purchasing "Eat This, Not That" which gives options on foods when cooking at home.

This is an extremely handy book to have around. The book was initially purchased for my husband who travels quite a bit for work. He wanted to make healthier choices when eating out. It was truly an eye opener the ingredients restaurants use when preparing meals. This book is definately a keeper!

This book is fantastic! Some of the information inside was shocking! My husband and I use it before we go to a restaurant to have a better idea of what to avoid.
